Adopting a pet is the best course of action when you are looking for a new family member. There are literally thousands of animals being rescued all over the country, every single day of the week. Hope For Paws is a large rescue group that is well known for their animal rescues and for their tireless fight against animal abuse.

Chance and Cadence were taken in by Hope For Paws in 2013 from two separate rescue agencies. The organization wasn’t sure of how the two would react when they were around other dogs. Pit Bulls are often given a very bad reputation, so the agency was a little wary about introducing the dogs to one another. But they decided to give it a shot anyway, and we are so glad that they did! Their introduction was recorded for the world to see.

Eldad Hagar works for Hope For Paws. Cadence was rescued from a dog fighting ring, covered in scars and wounds. Hagar then found Chance just a couple of days later, hiding on the streets of LA. He was scared of people and obviously very mistrustful.

Hagar brought them both to the shelter for some much-needed love and care. They were bathed and received the medical attention they needed. When the staff decided to introduce the two Pit Bulls to one another, they were not sure what they should expect.

What happened made them happier than they could have ever thought. It was obvious that Cadence and Chance loved each other from the moment they were introduced! Both dogs started to wag their tails excitedly when they caught sight of the other. In only took a few seconds for the dogs to want to play with one another. It was a relief to see that there was an immediate connection between the two.

Hope For Paws uploaded the adorable video to YouTube. It quickly gained more than four million views. Viewers were thrilled that the organization had rescued these beautiful animals and introduced them to one another. Many viewers also commented that they are hopeful the stigma surrounding this breed comes to an end.
