Real Life 'Santa' Surprises Customers At Retail Store By Paying For Everyone's Layaway Items

If you've ever had a layaway at a retail store, then you know that it's important to make the payments on time or risk losing out on the items that you have put on layaway.

Sometimes, there is someone special who comes along to offer assistance so that you don't have to worry as much about making the payment.

A real-life Santa entered a Walmart in Derby, Vermont and had one goal in mind. He wanted to spread a little Christmas cheer. He went to the layaway department and told the clerk that he wanted to pay off each ticket that was at the store.

The man's name is not being released because he wants to remain anonymous, but this was a Christmas miracle for many families who didn't think that they would be able to get their purchases out of layaway.

Julie Gates is one of the customers who found out what happened. She was in the store where the mystery Santa went to pay off the purchases because she had ordered a SIM card that was to be shipped so that she could pick it up along with a few other items.

When she got in the line for pickups and layaway purchases, she noticed that there were several people ahead of her. There was a man paying off each layaway!

When Julie got to the counter, she was asked if she planned to put anything on layaway. The man told her to get the things that she wanted and that it would be taken care of so that she could take them home to her family. Julie was fortunate enough to get a picture of the man's back but didn't get his name.

What do you think of this mans amazing act of kindness? Has anyone ever done something similar for you? We want to hear your story! Pass this along to your friends to inspire them to do something kind this year too.
