Queen Of Country Music Reba McEntire Finds New Love And Happiness After A Tough Divorce

Has country singing sensation Reba McEntire finally found her "Forever Love?" It certainly appears that way. McEntire divorced her husband of 26 years, Narvel Blackstock, in 2015, and she's been spending an awful lot of time with her new beau.

Reba McEntire sat down with Country Living to discuss her new relationship. The country crooner met Anthony Lasuzzo, also known as Skeeter, in 2017 on a visit to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Lasuzzo is a talented wildlife photographer and retired businessman.

The couple was introduced by Kix Brooks (of Brooks & Dunn) and his wife, Barbara. Kix and Barbara arranged for Skeeter to give Reba a tour of the area, and the two immediately hit it off. They started dating a month later.

Reba often pays tribute to Skeeter on Instagram when she shares photos from their many adventures. The jet-setting couple has visited Iceland, Africa, and Rome. They are currently planning a trip to New Zealand.

We're sure Reba and Skeeter will do plenty of hiking when they visit the Kiwis. Reba recently shared a stunning snap of the couple in front of a snow-covered peak. She couldn't help but brag that they hiked more than 24 miles in four days.

Whether it's a romantic dinner by a crackling fire or a starstudded event, Skeeter always seems to be by Reba's side.

Reba may be living her best life now, but things weren't always easy for the musician. Her divorce from Narvel was not amicable, and the negative publicity took a toll on Reba. To make matters worse, Narvel was romantically involved with Laura Putty Stroud, a close friend of Reba's.

Narvel and Reba have one son together, Shelby Steven McEntire Blackstock. Reba is also extremely close to her three former stepchildren and calls their children her grandchildren. One of her stepsons even followed in his father's footsteps and married a country singer. Brandon Blackstock is married to Kelly Clarkson.

Narvel was Reba's manager and played the guitar on several of her tours. However, Narvel was not Reba's first love. Ms. McEntire was married to a rancher and steer wrestler for 11 years. She moved to Nashville after divorcing the rancher, and the rest is music history.

If you want proof that Reba McEntire is finally happy, just listen to her latest album. "Stronger Than the Truth" consists of upbeat hits and country ballads that tell the story of a soul at ease. Maybe it's because she finally took control of her career after divorcing Narvel, but we're sure Skeeter has something to do with the songstress's new attitude.
