Queen Elizabeth Hasn’t Presented Meghan Markle This Honor That Kate, Camilla, And The Late Princess Diana All Have

Queen Elizabeth hasn’t given the Duchess of Sussex a title that she has bestowed on Camilla, the late Princess Diana, and Kate Middleton. However, it seems Mehgan Markle may have no interest in having this honor at all.
Although Meghan married Prince Harry in 2018 and they already share a child together, Queen Elizabeth still has not given Meghan an honorary military appointment. In comparison with other duchesses and princesses, the new mother seems to be left out. But there could be several reasons why the Queen has chosen not to bestow this honor on Meghan.

According to Express, Kate Middleton holds the honorary military title of Air Commandant of the RAF Air Cadets. The position helps Kate work with young people as they train as Air cadets and learn leadership skills. Although this seems right up Meghan’s alley, the Duchess of Sussex has chosen to focus her time with advocating for women’s rights, social issues, and environmental initiatives.
Another reason why the Queen hasn’t given Meghan this honor is that Meghan is not a British citizen yet. It could pose difficult for Meghan to get British military title if she is not a citizen of the army’s country.
Whichever the case, Meghan keeps busy, she just recently guest-edited the September issue of British Vogue and is also planning a royal tour to Africa later this year with Prince Harry.
