What are your first thoughts when you see an adorable little puppy with fluffy fur as white as snow? If you're like many of us dog lovers out there, you'd instantly fall in love with such a cute little furball. You'd want the best for him, and you'd never dream of ever wanting him to experience any kind of pain or suffering.

As hard as it may be to imagine, there are people out there who have a different mindset when it comes to dogs and their place in the world. When they see a small pup like Snowball, their mind immediately thinks of him as a piece of meat. You see, Snowball wasn't born to be adopted out to a caring forever family. Instead, his sole purpose in being brought into this world was to end up as someone's meal. He was actually supposed to wind up as one of 23 unlucky pups who were on their way to a South Korean dog meat farm.

Thankfully, Snowball's journey didn't end up at its original destination. Instead, the compassionate team at Humane Society International was able to save him from this horrific fate. He was able to make it all the way to the United States. As The Washington Post reported, the rescue organization is arranging for him to become someone's beloved pet. A family will get to make wonderful memories with this playful pup for years to come.

The darling little dog had never had the chance to play with any toys before in his life. Someone took some extremely cute footage of him going absolutely crazy over his favorite new green and pink chew toy. He tosses it, wrestles with it, and gleefully throws it up in the air. We think Snowball is truly enjoying his new, fun-filled lifestyle. We're certainly glad that he is going to have a bright, happy future!

What are your thoughts about this sweet puppy and his adorable antics?
