Princess Catherine Spotted Calling Uniform-Clad Prince William ‘So Sexy’ In Swoon-Worthy Video

At Trooping the Colour 2025, the Princess of Wales was spotted admiring her husband from the stands, a moment that quickly drew attention from royal watchers. A resurfaced video clip added context to the gaze, capturing a past exchange where Catherine was heard telling Prince William his uniform was “sexy.”

Trooping the Colour is a traditional military parade carried out by regiments of the British Army in honour of the reigning monarch’s official birthday. Although King Charles was born on Nov. 14, 1948, the public celebration of his birthday is customarily held in June.

During the 2025 celebration, Princess Catherine, 43, was seen closely watching as her husband of 14 years, dressed in the Full Ceremonial Guard Order of the Welsh Guards, rode by on horseback. One image showed her turning to look at him as he participated in the military procession at Horse Guards Parade.

William, 42, wasn’t alone. He was joined on horseback by Princess Anne and Prince Edward, all dressed in full uniform and wearing black armbands as a mark of respect for the victims of the recent Air India crash.

Catherine stood out in an aquamarine coatdress by Catherine Walker, detailed with ivory lapels and cuffs. Her ensemble was paired with a coordinating Juliette Botterill hat and completed with the Irish Guards Regimental Brooch.

Earlier that day, Catherine shared a carriage ride in an Ascot Landau with her three children – Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7. Smiling and waving, the young royals delighted crowds along the Mall.

In a subtle nod to royal tradition, Catherine accessorized with pearl earrings once worn by the late Queen Elizabeth II. For 2025’s parade, Prince William rode alongside his aunt and uncle during the mounted portion of the event. In his role as Colonel of the Welsh Guards, William saluted the troops as they passed. 

All three senior royals were seen wearing black armbands in remembrance of those who died in the recent Air India tragedy. At the King’s request, a minute of silence was observed in honour of the 270 victims.

King Charles II and Queen Camilla, 77, rode in an open-top carriage along the Mall, drawing cheers from the crowd as they made their way to Horse Guards Parade. As the King continued his cancer treatment, he again opted not to ride on horseback, marking the second year he participated in the carriage procession instead.
