Princess Beatrice Celebrates Engagement Party With Sarah Ferguson, Pippa Middleton And Ellie Goulding

Princess Beatrice and her husband-to-be Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi just threw an engagement party with celebrity guests. The party took place at Chiltern Firehouse in London with appearances from Sarah Ferguson, her sister Princess Eugenie, Pippa Middleton, Ellie Goulding and many more. 

Buckingham Palace officially announced in September that Edoardo proposed to the princess on a weekend trip to Italy in early September after being together for around 2 years. The statement from the couple read: 

“We are extremely happy to be able to share the news of our recent engagement. We are both so excited to be embarking on this life adventure together and can’t wait to be married. We share so many similar interests and values and we know this will stand us in great stead for the years ahead, full of love and happiness.”

Word of their wedding date is rumored to be in the warmer months of next year. A source told the Daily Mail, "Bea and Edo will finally announce their wedding date in the second week of January. The date has been described as 'early summer', just before the summer social season kicks off."

Beatrice and Edo had a lavish party to celebrate their engagement with stars all in attendance. According to Hello Magazine,  Kate Middleton's brother and sister, Pippa and James attended the party while singers Ellie Goulding and James Blunt joined in. Acting stars like Ayda Field and even Robert De Niro were seen slipping into the engagement celebration.
