Prince William And Kate Middleton Selected Adorable Smiling Picture Of Prince George For His Sixth Birthday Thank-You Notes

Prince George has just turned six years old in July, and as per royal tradition, well-wishers have now received thank-you cards in return for their congratulations.

The thank-you postcards featured a toothless grin from the young prince dressed in a national soccer uniform. People reports that this and two other official birthday photos were snapped by none other than the Duchess of Cambridge herself.

The additional two photos show Prince George giggling and lying in the grass at the gardens in Kensington Palace, and on their family holiday dressed in a green polo shirt and striped shorts.

The touching message on the back of the postcards received by one well-wisher, Instagram user @loopycrown3, read:

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge appreciated your kind thought in writing to Prince George on the occasion of his sixth birthday. This was most thoughtful of you and greatly appreciated by Their Royal Highnesses who send you their best wishes."

Prince George reportedly had a pretty normal sixth birthday party celebration. He invited his classmates over for a backyard party with soccer as a theme according to Hello. But his actual birthday date of July 22 was spent with his family on holiday in the Caribbean island of Mustique.
