The youngest child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Louis, turns two today. He was born on April 23, 2018 and is fifth in the line of succession to the British throne.

Since the replacing of male-preference primogeniture with absolute primogeniture, he is the first British prince to be ranked behind an elder sister, in the line of succession. His sister, Princess Charlotte, is fourth in line while his brother Prince George is third.

Most of us are isolating at home from the coronavirus. The Cambridges are no exception. During this time, many have been on technology more than ever as a way to stay connected with our loved ones.

With lockdown in place, Louis will have to be content having a birthday party with George and Charlotte in Norfolk and seeing his grandparents, Charles and Camilla, and Michael and Carole Middleton, by video call. According to his father, Louis loves being on the phone, and he even holds it right up to his little face.

According to the Daily Mail, Prince William also revealed that the youngster has a naughty habit of cutting off family phone calls. "For some reason, when he sees the red button he always wants to press the red button,” William, 37, told the BBC.

The Cambridge children were last seen when Kensington Palace released a video of the three of them applauding NHS workers during the first week of the Clap for our Carers campaign. Little Louis had looked to his brother and sister for direction as they clapped enthusiastically outside their Norfolk home, Anmer Hall, where the family has been staying since the UK coronavirus lockdown was imposed.
