In an Instagram video posted on Thursday, the Cambridges has revealed an unseen room inside their home at their home Anmer Hall in Norfolk where they are currently isolating with their three children.
The clip comes as the Duchess of Cambridge counts down to the deadline for submitting images to her photography competition, Hold Still, and encourages people across the UK to enter, while Prince William seemed to be behind the camera.
Prince William and Kate Middleton are currently isolating with their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis at their property in Anmer Hall in Norfolk amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Kate released a video on Instagram on Thursday talking about her photography competition, Hold Still, while inside a never-before-seen room of the house. It was filmed (seemingly by William) next to a large sash window with cream frames and cream walls, and beige linen curtains with scalloped edges. The window overlooks plenty of greenery in their garden, where Princess Charlotte was previously photographed by her mom, and the family is believed to have a climbing frame, a climbing wall, and swings.

Speaking about Hold Still in the video, Kate said:
"There have been so many amazing entries to Hold Still over the last few weeks. From families up and down the country showing how they are adapting to life during [the] lockdown, through to some of the most amazing NHS and social care staff who are putting their lives on the line to save the lives of others. But it isn’t too late to take part. So please take a moment to capture what life is like for you, because together I hope that we can build a lasting illustration of just how our country pulled together during the pandemic.”
Kensington Palace wrote in a tweet that the community photography project has been designed to catch the “spirit, mood, hopes and fears” of the nation. Kate, who is a patron of the National Portrait Gallery, has asked members of the public to send in photographs of their very own moments during the coronavirus pandemic. The best hundred photographs will go on display at the gallery in August.
Talking about the inspiration behind her project, with ITV she said:
"We've all seen incredible images and seen uplifting and sad stories, I really hope this project can showcase and document this moment in time that we're all experiencing."
