Prince Harry Wishes His “Amazing Wife”, Meghan Markle, A Happy Birthday With Sweet Photo

The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle celebrated her 38th birthday yesterday. To mark this special day, Prince Harry took to the sussexroyal Instagram account to share a sweet photo of Markle captioned with a heartwarming message.

The photo, which was uploaded earlier today, showed a smiling Meghan sitting in a light blue dress. The photo was captioned 

“Wishing HRH The Duchess of Sussex a very Happy Birthday 🎂”

This was followed by a personal message from husband Harry himself: 

“‘Happy Birthday to my amazing wife. Thank you for joining me on this adventure!’ - Love, H”

Prince William and wife Kate Middleton also took to social media to wish Meghan a happy birthday by posting a photo on the kensingtonroyal Instagram page.

The caption read: 

“Wishing a very happy birthday to The Duchess of Sussex today! 🎈”

According to the Sun, the Duchess will be celebrating her birthday in the Balmoral Castle in Scotland with Queen Elizabeth II. The family will reportedly be celebrating Markle’s special day with a traditional tea party and cake. 

A royal insider told the publication that Meghan will be receiving gifts from both her husband as well as her son Archie.

“This year there will be a birthday gift from Archie and the odds are on a sepia or black and white photograph of her precious son in a solid silver frame from Aspreys,” the source told the Sun. 

“The precious present is likely to have an engraving chosen by Harry that will make it extra special.”

“Harry has a weakness for designing jewelry for Meghan, so it is expected that the royal will design another stunning piece - likely to be earrings - as a Sussex surprise.”
