The entire globe is welcoming the arrival of the newest member of the royal family. Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle welcomed their first child into the world last Monday, May 6. The baby boy was officially named Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor by the doting new parents.

Harry did not waste time getting back to his royal duties after the birth of sweet Archie. A few days later, he took off for a one-day trip to the Netherlands to commemorate the one-year countdown of next year's Invictus Games. Harry founded this adaptive multi-sport competition in London in 2014 and has been instrumental in its operation ever since.

It is no surprise that baby Archie received a bevy of gifts from the adoring public. Princess Margriet of the Netherlands presented Harry with a specially designed Invictus Games onesie. One particularly special gift came from 7-year-old Daimy Gommers. The girl gave Harry a toy to give to Archie when he returned home.

Daimy's father has competed in previous Invictus Games after losing a leg in a parachuting accident. Harry was so touched by the gift that he took the time to give the girl a hug. What a special moment for both of them.

Harry even wore a unique jacket during the trip, showing off the fact that he is now a father. It has been a whirlwind week for the Duke of Sussex but he appears to be handling it all with ease.
