For Prince Harry, daily meditation has been his thing nowadays.

How Prince Harry Does It

It seems like his brother is doing something of his own. He has taken on daily meditation as he prepares to be a first-time father. Harry and Meghan recently went for an outing to Birkenhead in Merseyside where they had chats with members of different organizations.

Among those Harry had a chat with was Kelsang Sonam, a Buddhist monk. Harry told the monk that he has started doing daily meditation. When the monk learned about this, he gave him a book titled Eight Steps to Happiness.

The revelation may be shocking to most of you, but it is understandable considering how crucial mediation has been to Meghan. On her website, The TIG, she wrote in detail about meditation. It makes sense that the two would take the practice that seriously. Both have made many big changes in their lives since they let the public know of their engagement in late 2017.
