Meghan, 43, returned to social media earlier this year using her personal handle @meghan, where she has been sharing a mix of professional updates and carefully curated family content. The tribute arrived amid a strained chapter for Prince Harry, whose relationship with King Charles III remains distant. 

Tensions have lingered since Harry and Meghan’s departure from royal life in 2020 and escalated after Harry lost a key legal battle on May 2, 2025, seeking the return of publicly funded security in the United Kingdom. However, the palace has reiterated that the King has no control over such decisions.

Despite the challenges, Meghan’s message remained grounded in love and gratitude, focusing on the father Harry has become. It also subtly marked the couple’s seventh wedding anniversary, reinforcing their ongoing commitment to creating a stable and nurturing environment for their children.

The video that Meghan shared on Father’s Day offered an intimate look into Prince Harry’s life as a devoted dad. The footage, set to Jason Mraz’s uplifting track “Have It All,” featured candid moments of her husband spending time with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

A noticeable detail: both Archie and Lilibet have inherited their father’s signature red hair. Harry has previously attributed this trait to his mother’s side of the family, saying that Princess Diana’s Spencer genes were “very, very strong” during a 2023 appearance on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”  

“Definitely my mum,” Harry explained when asked who he sees in his children. 

“I actually really, genuinely thought at the beginning of my relationship (with Meghan) that should this go the distance and we have kids, that there’s no way the ginger gene will stand up to my wife’s genes, but I was wrong! Go gingers,” he elaborated.

On June 4, 2025, Harry and Meghan took Archie and Lilibet to Disneyland to celebrate Lilibet’s fourth birthday. Meghan later posted a sweet compilation reel with the caption:
