The sports commentators showed a clip of prince George which was reshared by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s Instagram page. In the clip, George is seen which a giant smile on his face and his fist in the air as he jumps up and down in glee.

The commentators can be heard chuckling in the video while saying, “With royal approval, how about that? George is very happy indeed. It doesn’t matter what your background is that is what football means.”

Because of George’s royal seal of approval, the Aston Villa’s team manager Dean Smith joked to the BBC, "I'll be getting them tickets for every game now if they need them, I hope they can get here every game if that is what it needs, I might even get them on the team bus."

It’s no secret that Aston Villa is one of Prince William’s favorite soccer teams. In 2015, the royal said it would be “fantastic” if George was an Aston Villa fan like himself but relented “it’ll probably end up being that Charlotte is the Villa fan,” according to Harper’s Bazaar.

Well, it looks like William has proved himself wrong as there’s no mistaking George’s happiness over the Aston Villa to win.
