Preparing The Potatoes

First you need to peel the potatoes and cut them into rough pieces. Bite-sized would be best. Then you press the lemon and mix the juice with all the other ingredients in a large enough bowl. The potato pieces go into this bowl as well, just like the garlic cloves.

Now mix all of this and put everything, including all the fluid, on a clean baking tray that you've lined with baking paper. Alternatively, you can use a large baking or casserole dish. Now the potatoes have to bake inside the oven for about 45 minutes at about 390°. You should turn them from time to time.

You'll need about 60 minutes until the dish is ready, with only 15 minutes prep work.

Buy the potatoes at the market or local grocer you like the most. Think about selecting an organic lemon. And then you can get right to it and prepare these delicious baked potatoes.
