Pope Francis Invited Dozens Of Kids To A Giant Pizza Party For His 81st Birthday

Recently, Pope Francis celebrated his 81st birthday. It has become well known during his tenure that the Pope has a penchant for pizza so he decided to treat his party guests to a 13-foot long pizza!

This year Pope Francis chose to celebrate his birthday with pediatric patients at the hospital attached to the Vatican. He was greeted by a large cake featuring an artistic likeness of the Pope as well as the biggest pizza I've ever seen!

We think that looks like a pretty neat way to spend your birthday, what do you think? 

Once the pizza had been served to all of his guests, the Pope said his heartfelt thanks before his usual appearance above St Peter's Square.
