The collective groups formed by members of modern society generally accept outlandish, off-the-wall, and revealing outfits of men and women alike more frequently than they ever have before.

In other words, society's tolerance for various outfits that previously would not have been considered acceptable is much greater than it ever has been. Despite this fact of modern society, this young woman was recently kicked out of a public pool by its staff members for this not-so-revealing type of clothing.

Tennessee summers are notorious for being hot and humid. The heat index throughout the dog days of Tennessee summers can reach upwards of 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Although 100 degrees Fahrenheit might sound bearable, residents of the Volunteer State know all too well that making it through the humidity that constantly plagues west, middle, and east Tennessee alike requires tons of air conditioning, shade, and trips to go swimming.

Tori Jenkins is a young, female Tennessean who has lived in the state for entire life.

Last summer, Tori and her beau Tyler decided to take a trip to the community swimming pool operated by Tori's apartment complex. After getting suited in a one-piece bathing suit and swimming trunks, respectively, the couple made the long, hot, arduous walk to the pool in anticipation of the relief that swimming would bring them.

Shortly after Tyler and Tori arrived at the public pool, to which Tori has season-round access because it's included in her lease as an amenity, one of the apartment complex's staff members walked right up to Tori and informed her that she had received a handful of complaints from other people who were similarly swimming in the community pool.

Believe it or not, the staff member explained that she was liable to "excite" the throng of teenage boys that were present at the pool that day.

Even though Tori was donning a one-piece bathing suit that covered her midsection and all of her bottom, the staff still made clear that they didn't want her there.

The worker told Tori that she should peep herself in the mirror and that her outfit was inappropriate.

In response to getting kicked out of her own apartment complex's pool, Tyler made a post on Facebook including a picture of Tori and her bathing suit that has since gone viral.

It's safe to say that Tori was welcomed back to the pool and apologized to profusely, though she quickly moved out of the apartment complex after the incident.
