Pineapple Whip Made With Only Two Ingredients

Apr 14, 2020 by apost team

Pineapple whip, as opposed to pineapple sorbet or ice cream, is a dairy-free dessert that was largely popularized by the Dole produce company. Now a popular treat at amusement parks such as Disneyland, one Youtuber, Gemma, lets us know that the sweet summery treat is only two ingredients away from being enjoyed at home.

According to Gemma, of the Bigger Bolder Baking Youtube channel, Dole pineapple whip takes only two simple ingredients: frozen pineapple and coconut milk. If you're not concerned about the whip being vegan and dairy-free, you are actually free to use any milk of your choice.

Directions

As far as directions go, they're simple:

1. Fill a blender with first the milk of choice and then the pineapple. Putting the milk first allows the froze pineapple to blend much easier.

2. Blend until the whip is completely smooth and free of lumps. You may have to give your blender a break and hand-mix a couple of times.

3. Reach desired texture through blending and then enjoy!

To enjoy the treat, Gemma puts the whip into a piping bag and doles it out into a hollowed pineapple bottom. However, the treat will taste just as yummy and enjoyable in a regular bowl from the kitchen.
