People Comment Antonio Banderas Ages "Like A Fine Wine" As He Graces The Oscars With Daughter Stella And Wife Nicole

Actor Antonio Banderas is enjoying a career-high at age 59. Arriving at the 2020 Oscars, he turned heads with partner Nicole Kimpel and his daughter with ex-wife Melanie Griffith, Stella, and was nominated for "Best Actor" for the first time in his career.

Although he didn’t receive the award, Banderas was thrilled at the nomination for his role in "Pain and Glory" saying that it was in his own language, Spanish. That made the movie very special to him. It was one of the eight movies he'd done together with Pedro Almodovar, director, and friend of 40 years, according to ABC7.

The actor was described online as looking like a Spanish James Bond as he walked the red carpet in a classic black suit. The addition of a diamond brooch on his lapel adding extra flair to his ensemble, as reported by The Daily Mail.

The Best Actor Award this year went to Joaquin Phoenix for "Joker," a prediction made earlier around his nomination by Banderas, and was proven correct.

Flanked by the two women in his life, his Dutch girlfriend dressed in white and daughter Stella, now 23, in a stunning red and black gown, it seems Banderas, although missing out on the award, is still very much a winner.

Social media was exceptionally complimentary of the Spanish star, saying things like "he still looks the same," and that he aged "like a fine wine."
