A student attending Oklahoma State University knew what she wanted for Christmas. Hallee Fuqua longed for a dog. When she told her mother and father, they said she could get one when she finished college.

Little did Hallee realise that her parents had a Christmas surprise in store.

Hallee volunteered her time at a Humane Society. She fell in love with a canine there. The dog’s name was Rambo. It didn’t take long for the girl and the dog to bond, as reported here at by the Miami Herald.

As Hallee’s relationship with Rambo got stronger, she started to post pictures and videos of him, and she let her mom and dad see them. That made Hallee’s mother realize Rambo should be adopted by them sooner than planned.

So, Hallee’s parents adopted Rambo without telling Hallee about it. They would surprise her with him for Christmas. The Humane Society made sure Hallee didn’t find out about it.When Hallee heard someone adopted Rambo, she fell apart. She felt she had lost him, and she thought that she would never see him again.

Hallee’s parents gave her her Christmas present ahead of time because they saw how unhappy she was, and as they gave her their gift, they recorded it.

In the video, you see Rambo and Hallee’s father a few yards away from the front door. Hallee walks out and freezes for a few seconds when she sees them. Then she cries and welcomes Rambo with open arms after her father releases him so he can run to her.As Hallee cries uncontrollably, she asks if Rambo is hers. When she hears that he is, she releases even more tears of joy.

The best thing that could have happened to Rambo was Hallee. She gave him lots of love and a good home. Thousands of dogs in shelters never make it out because they’re euthanized.Rambo was fortunate.

The video of Rambo and Hallee’s reunion has been watched by millions of people. It has made many shed tears of joy. You should watch it, and you should tell others to view it. It’s a heartwarming video that’s sure to make you cry, too.
