Pamela Anderson Moves To Divorce Dan Hayhurst, Her 5th Husband

Pamela Anderson has had an incredibly successful career in the spotlight. As an actress, model, television personality, author and activist, Anderson has had a varied career that has shown off a plethora of her talents. Nevertheless, she's still best known for her time on the show "Baywatch." She played CJ Carter on the show and also made a name for herself as a model.

Beyond her career, she is a proud mother of two handsome sons and is a very vocal and active campaigner for animal rights — as well as for many other notable causes. Having been in the spotlight for so long, Anderson has learned to use her status as a celebrity to advocate for topics she strongly believes in and has continued to make headlines with her beautiful heart and appearance.

However, Anderson has faced some hardships in her life, though she's persisted nonetheless. In fact, her personal life has been a rollercoaster ride — to say the least. The star has been through her fair share of romance and heartache, including a wild relationship with the father of her children, the Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee.

Following their divorced in 1998 after three years together, Anderson had a number of other high-profile romances and has been married numerous other times. Her most recent marriage, her fifth, was to bodyguard Dan Hayhurst. The couple met during the pandemic and got married on Christmas Eve in 2020. But according to recent reports, Anderson has filed for divorce from Hayhurst after only 13 months of marriage. Let's take a look.

Rolling Stone broke the news that Anderson filed for divorce from Hayhurst after an insider gave details of their relationship. The source told the publication, “Pamela loves as authentically as she lives,” but her brief union with Hayhurst proved to be just a "pandemic whirlwind" that eventually ran out of steam. 

They also reported that while Anderson had relocated to her native Canada during their relationship and was based at her home on Vancouver Island, she had recently moved back to Malibu to be closer to her sons. She'd been spotted there a few times since late last year, while the sunny locale is where Anderson has spent the majority of the last years living ever since she bought a home there in 2008.

Anderson and Hayhurst began their relationship in September 2020 and are reported to have bonded over their shared interest in animal rights activism. Hayhurst is a bodyguard and builder for RASTA Sanctuary, a Canadian farm animal sanctuary. In an interview with DailyMailTV in January 2021, weeks after they'd tied the knot, Anderson had said:

"I'm exactly where I need to be — in the arms of a man who truly loves me."

The actress joked that the couple's first year had "felt like seven" and called their union a "natural fit." She'd even appeared on the British talk show "Loose Women" via video call while she was in bed with Hayhurst, where she overshared that they hadn't left the boudoir since their wedding. The incident caused a bit of controversy on social media at the time.

Last week, Anderson was spotted out and about in Malibu with her assistant, sans wedding ring. The duo was out on a coffee run and had her golden retriever in tow. She looked gorgeous as always as she wore a cream knitted dress and flip-flops, accessorizing with a slouchy tan bag. She wore her signature blond locks down in waves and forwent makeup in lieu of a natural look. Anderson was pictured with Hayhurst in the beachside location back in November, but it seems their relationship has finally run its course.

One of the reasons Anderson returned to California is believed to be, in part, due to her support of her eldest son Brandon's clothing line launch, Swingers Club Capsule Collection. Anderson and Lee, her ex and Brandon's father, were both in attendance at the launch event in LA.

Anderson's quick marriage to Hayhurst wasn't her first. She and Lee famously got married after only four days together. Nevertheless, their relationship lasted three years, and together they had two sons, Brandon and Dylan. 

An upcoming Hulu miniseries about their relationship titled "Pam & Tommy" is set to be released in February. It stars Lily James as Anderson, Sebastian Stan as Lee, as well as Seth Rogen and Nick Offerman — among others.

Anderson's second marriage was to musician Kid Rock from 2006-2007. She was also married to Rick Salomon twice, with their first union annulled. And her most recent marriage prior to Hayhurst was with Jon Peters in 2020; however, it also ended in an annulment.
