Pamela Anderson is widely regarded as a sex symbol for her appearances in magazines like Playboy and her portrayals in television shows like “Baywatch.” For the most part, during her career, Anderson rarely made public appearances without full makeup on – except, of course, for those moments when paparazzi took photos of her out and about. So, it has always sparked interest whenever she would be seen in public without any makeup on. But it has been a long time since people have seen Anderson makeup-free. Now, she has an upcoming highly anticipated project that gave fans a glimpse of her makeup-free self with consent.
Anderson is a multi-talented woman born on July 1, 1967, in Ladysmith, British Columbia, Canada. She also has citizenship in both Canada and the United States and has also spent some time living in France.
Anderson grew up in Canada, going to secondary school in Comox, British Columbia. She played volleyball in high school, graduating in 1985. In 1988, Anderson made the decision to move to Vancouver in an effort to pursue a career as a fitness instructor. A year later, she attended a sports game at the British Columbia Place Stadium in Vancouver, where she was featured on the jumbotron while wearing a Labatt's Beer t-shirt. The company loved her and hired her shortly after as their spokesmodel, launching Anderson's modeling career and ultimately helping her get featured on the cover of Playboy in October 1989.
Both her list of accomplishments and her list of relationships are incredibly lengthy, as she has been a public figure for quite some time. By the 1990s, Anderson had already earned her first wave of recognition and was even a household name.

After being scouted, Anderson moved to Los Angeles to further pursue her career in the entertainment industry, and it wasn't long until her hard work paid off. In February 1990, she appeared in the notorious centerfold of Playboy. The rising star was also named the Playmate of the Month that same month. Also, around this time, Anderson landed a starring role on the television series "Baywatch." The show went on to be a commercial success, with Anderson as one of the most prominent actresses.
Anderson is also a proud mother of two handsome sons and is a very vocal activist for animal rights, as well as many other notable causes. Being in the spotlight for so long, Anderson has learned to use her status as a celebrity to advocate for topics she strongly believes in and has continued to make headlines with her beautiful heart and beautiful appearance.
With a long list of public relationships and even more publicity following her work and activism, Anderson has easily continued to stay relevant as time passes. She has worked hard at making a name for herself and providing a great life for her two sons, as they have also grown up and even ventured into the spotlight themselves. However, Anderson did her best to keep their lives as private as possible during their childhood.
Anderson has faced hardships in her life but has persisted, nonetheless. She has never given up on following her passions while navigating a variety of career avenues. At 55 years old, Anderson is still effortlessly beautiful and lights up any room she walks in.
In 1995, Anderson was the subject of controversy after a sex tape of her and her then-husband Tommy Lee was filmed on a houseboat in Lake Mead and later stolen. It circulated on the internet, resulting in Anderson filing a lawsuit against the company that distributed it.

While Anderson has rarely spoken about it, she has finally opened up about her side of the story in a Netflix documentary called “Pamela, a love story.”
"I wanna take control of the narrative for the first time,” she said.
Anderson admitted that she struggled with her career, but it did not stop her from pursuing her dreams.
"I had to make a career out of the pieces left, but I'm not the damsel in distress," she remarked.
Revealing how she managed to survive after all those times, she said: "I put myself in crazy situations ... and survived them."
One interesting fact about the documentary was Anderson went bare-faced for it, perhaps referencing the fact she is ready to bare all about her side of the story. She even joked: “Maybe I just do all the interviews naked. ... There’s no mystery here.”
Meanwhile, director Ryan White told PEOPLE that Anderson did not have any idea about the footage or personal diaries that were used in the final version of the documentary.
"She's telling her story in her own words, finally, but she also doesn't know which archival videos and personal diaries will be used in the final film,” White said.
White made it clear that Anderson gave them the liberty to use whatever archival footage was available, allowing fans to see a more authentic side of her.
"She gave us carte blanche to use the archival (footage for) how we thought best told the story," White remarked. "It's a sign of how authentically Pamela has lived her life. She owns every part of her life — the good, the bad, and the ugly. It's an incredibly vulnerable but brave way to live."
