Although it's been nearly two decades since P!nk's debut single hit the Billboard Hot 100, the 43-year-old pop star is still shaking things up in the entertainment industry. The singer, who has brought us hits such as "Get the Party Started" and "There You Go," was born on Sept. 8, 1979, in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

P!nk, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore, began her music career in a girl band. When that didn't work out, she went solo in 1999 at the age of 20 and has never looked back. According to Billboard, she has 15 top 10 hits and is one of the bestselling US music artists to date.

Apart from being a trailblazer in the music industry, the punk princess has also come to be known for her quirky hairstyles throughout her career. The singer is hailed as changing the game for the pop world, not only through her edgy style of music but also for her openness, honesty and vulnerability.

Through the years, P!nk has established herself as one of the biggest names in music. Although she is not as active in the music industry as she was before in the early 2000s, P!nk has shifted focus to something closer to home – her own family.

However, that doesn’t mean that P!nk has left singing. In fact, she is taking the time to share her talent with her very own daughter, who appears to have inherited vocal chops from her mother. In the past years, P!nk’s daughter, Willow Hart, had been shocking everyone with how good of a singer she was.

Very recently, P!nk took to Instagram to share how proud she was of her eldest child after she performed an Olivia Rodrigo song at her own school function — blowing everyone’s mind with her beautiful voice.

With the tremendous amount of talent that P!nk possesses, it's no surprise that her 11-year-old daughter, Willow, has inherited some of her mom's vocal prowess.

P!nk has been extremely proud of her daughter Willow’s decision to pursue music. In 2020, Willow joined her superstar mother for an impressive performance at the premiere of "The Disney Holiday Singalong." Together they belted out a rendition of Nat King Cole's "The Christmas Song," and Willow blew people away with her stunning voice.

2021 brought a huge development in Willow’s singing career, as she released, along with her mom, their first cover together of “Cover Me In Sunshine.” The song debuted on the video-sharing social media platform TikTok and was later released officially via RCA Records.

“We have this song called ‘Cover Me in Sunshine’ that we recorded at home because it made us feel happy,” P!nk announced on Instagram. “And so we’re gonna put it out, for no other reason than that we hope that the song makes people happy.”

While the duet didn't break any records, it impressed critics around the world, who commended the track for how upbeat and adorable it was. The mother and daughter duo even performed an acrobatic performance of the song at the Billboard Music Awards 2021, shocking everyone with how the 43-year-old superstar could do acrobatic tricks with her 11-year-old daughter.

The 2021 Billboard Music Awards weren't the first time the doting rock singer showcased her daughter in the course of her work. P!nk and her husband have both been very vocal about their love and pride in their children before.

For other celebrity parents, bringing your kids to work for important events such as an awards ceremony or taking them to work might lead to a headache, but for P!nk, taking her family to functions like the red carpet, award ceremonies, and even in the recording studio are one of their many family bonding moments.

Very recently, it seems like the 11-year-old Willow took the stage to perform at her school recital, blowing everyone’s minds with how she could be the making of a child star. In her Instagram post, P!nk shared a video of Willow singing Rodrigo’s hit “The Rose Song” from “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” Season 2.

“All my life, I've seen myself through your eyes / Wonderin' if I am good enough for your time / You love me but for all the wrong reasons / Am I somethin' to you and not someone?," Willow sang

Meanwhile, P!nk seemed very proud of her daughter, as she cheered at the top of her lungs at the start of the video.

“This 11 year old (11,000 year old soul) blows me away,” the proud mom captioned in her new video, tagging Rodrigo in the post too.

Compliments praising Willow flooded the comments section.

“I’m crying!!!!! what a special girl,” Rodrigo said in a comment.

Actress-singer Mandy Moore was also struck with Willow’s performance: “Holy cow!!! What a voice! What composure. Superstar.”

“Literally hits every note perfectly..... and... is....only....11. If we could all only be that confident & talented. BRAVO!” radio personality Gina Ferraro said.
