Oprah has spoken out against the fake reports that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will give her a "tell-all" interview. Several news outlets reported the couple was planning on giving an in-depth interview to the public figure, however, Oprah has claimed those reports are totally false.

Oprah along and with former POTUS and FLOTUS Barack and Michelle Obama have denied they "advised" Meghan and Harry on how to find commercial success after leaving the royal family.

Winfrey's chief spokesperson and executive vice president of communications and strategy at the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), Nicole Nichols, told BuzzFeed News there have been "no discussions" for an interview with the royal couple. Several media outlets, however, carried the story that Meghan and Harry were to sit down and give an interview as a way to pressure the Queen into letting them step down after Her Majesty released a statement they will be having discussions to find a solution.

According to UK tabloid the Sun, they ran a story where a royal source told them the Duke and Duchess were exploring "possibilities of a sit-down warts-and-all interview" to use as pressure against the Queen during exit discussions. “Perhaps Harry and Meghan will use this as a negotiating tactic as there is no way the royals want their dirty laundry out in the open. Maybe they will get more money if they agree not to talk,” the tabloid said. However, these reports were discovered to be completely unfounded.

Furthermore, reports claimed Oprah had advised the couple to move to the U.S. to build their brand. However, Oprah told Buzzfeed News, "Meghan and Harry do not need my help figuring out what's best for them," Oprah said. "I care about them both and support whatever decisions they make for their family."

Other reports even claimed that the Obama's advised Meghan and Harry on how to obtain financial success after leaving an esteemed position and how to commercialize on it. "There's no truth to it," an Obama spokesperson told People. "Rumors of them having anything to do with this are totally false. The former president and first lady are not advising the couple and have not been in contact with them."
