However, I do know the wall you constructed are a defense mechanism needed to protect you from the fear you have of being hurt again. You will not be able to force yourself to tear down the wall you constructed.

But your faith in love will be restored when you meet the right man to calm your fears.

This man will see through the pain and have patience as the walls begin to lower. He will take the time to earn your trust before expecting you to trust him with your heart. He will prove worthy of your love while also reminding you of your worthiness to be loved.

You will be completely healed when the right man comes your way. All the broken pieces will be made whole again. Both your greatest qualities and your imperfections will be bundled into one single entity that he will love and cherish.

The man you are waiting for will understand your pain, respect all boundaries that you set, and never push you too hard.

The right man will never lose patience with you. He will never give up on you even when your fears cause you to chase him away. You will have the time you need because he is not going anywhere.

The right man will see through the intimidating woman you created to protect the frightened little girl inside. You will no longer need the woman to protect the girl because it is a responsibility he will assume.

You will know that you were right all along. The love you imagined for yourself does exist. You will also rejoice in having a man that is worthy of the love you have always wished to give.

You will know that your man is both special and the right man for you. You will know this because he is the only person capable of tearing down the walls and finding access to your heart. He will demonstrate to you with his actions that is never a question of whether you were worthy of love. It was only a question when the man worthy of your love would appear.
