Quizzes, puzzles and logical problems sure cause us to scratch our heads - not only are they fun, but useful too! It's a good habit to exercise your brain on a daily basis.
We all know that one lady who swears that solving crosswords keeps her mind young - and who knows; it might just be true!
Challenges like that have always amused me. It isn't that they have to be deceiving or complicated, and one definitely does not have to have a Ph.D. in Mathematics to solve them. The important thing is to enjoy them and maybe include a little bit of healthy competition in the mix against friends.
