Sometimes life can be harsh and cruel especially if people don't show up at your birthday party.

However, if you have good friends, you can turn the situation around. This is the story of a Wisconsin family, a little boy's birthday, and a caring friend.

According to the Inside Edition, Thomas Karna was turning 10 years old and his mom, Maranda, wanted to make that day special for him. She did what any loving parent would do. She chose a good venue where Thomas's friends could play and have fun during the birthday party. Then, she sent out 70 invites to her son's classmates.

Unfortunately, they only got 3 responses to the invite.

Maranda was devastated and didn't want her son to feel as if he was not wanted especially since he has a condition. Thomas was diagnosed with congenital hernia and autism as a baby. This is why his mom wanted the day to be perfect.

But as luck would have it, Maranda had a concerned friend by the name of Stephanie Lovejoy. Maranda's best friend went ahead and took to Facebook and created an event page for Thomas's birthday. According to his parents, the event ended up going viral and reached bikers from all over the country.

Stephanie thought that at most 20 bikers would show up, but things turned out quite differently. On the Sunday of Thomas's birthday at the park, hundreds of bikers showed up to support little Thomas on his birthday. They sang the birthday song for him, carried him on their motorcycles, and took pictures with him.

It was one of the most interesting moments captured on television. Some of the bikers have children with same condition, and they didn't want Thomas to feel alone. This story just goes on to show that there are some good people out there.
