Olivia Newton-John looked happy and full of life as she stepped out for a charity event in Melbourne. Her husband and daughter were at her side as they helped raise money for people battling cancer.

Olivia beamed as she attended her annual wellness walk and research run for cancer. Her daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, 33, also attended the event in support of her mother. Olivia wore all white with a green jacket sporting her fundraiser's logo as she smiled the entire time.

The "Physical" singer put on a loved-up display with her hubby John Easterling as they shared a heartwarming smooch. Olivia recently opened up to CBS Sunday Morning about her current prognosis saying, "I’m happy. I’m lucky. I’m grateful. I have much to live for. And I intend to keep on livin’ it."

The "Grease" star is no stranger to cancer, as she had breast cancer in the 1990s and shoulder cancer in 2013. In both cases, she managed to beat them. However, her recent diagnosis is much bleaker than the ones before. She also got candid with the CBS This Morning host when speaking about death and its inevitability. "You have to think about it, I mean, it’s part of life," she said.

"I could die tomorrow. A tree could fall on me. So, it’s just that we have that knowledge that we could die. But I’m not — I try not to think about it too much. But I try to meditate and be peaceful about it and know that everyone I love is there, so there’s something to look forward to."
