In her first appearance since a recent emotional interview about her health, Olivia Newton-John addressed her fans at the Industry Dance Awards & Cancer Benefit Show last week to say she is doing okay.
Newton-John spoke with “60 Minutes Australia” a few weeks ago about her stage 4 cancer diagnosis, and how she is coping with such strife. She approaches the bad news with positivity after getting hit with the illness three times, the first time being 27 years ago.
She also told the press outlet that the support of her friends and family keeps her going and keeps her fighting.

In the face of adversity she was still a glowing, joyful, Olivia at an event last Wednesday, where she received a well-deserved Lifetime Achievement Award and was given a donation for the Cancer Wellness & Research Center in Australia.
There, she stated to ET, "I am strong and I am back and I'm feeling good and loving every minute.” She also revealed that she recently broke her sacrum and had to learn how to walk again.
The “Grease” star told the crowd that the generous donation will go far at the center, where programs are established to help patients with their diagnosis. Yoga, meditation, group therapy, acupuncture, and music therapy are just some of the amazing offers for those struggling with illness. The donation will also go to cancer research.
