More details continue to come out about the college admissions scandal that rocked Hollywood and the nation last March.

US weekly revealed that Oliva Jade was aware of her parents' scheme to bribe her way into the University of Southern California (USC).

Olivia Jade's mom, Lori Loughlin, has been accused of paying $500,000 to admissions consultant William “Rick” Singer so that her two daughters would be admitted to USC as recruits of the school's crew team.

This was especially suspicious because neither of her daughters had rowed prior to attending USC.

The scandal broke last March when the U.S. Attorney’s office in Massachusetts revealed that it had charged Loughlin and her husband, J. Mossimo Giannulli, for spending insane amounts of money to get their children into top colleges illegally.

In addition to the Hollywood power couple, over 50 other people were charged as part of the bribery ring. Actress Felicity Huffman was also among the people accused of taking part in the crime.

While Loughlin has insisted that her daughters were innocent, new reports indicate that Olivia Jade was fully aware of the bribery scheme.

Loughlin and her husband are now facing charges of mail fraud and money laundering conspiracy. If found guilty, the pair could face up to 40 years in jail. The two pleaded not guilty in April and are awaiting further court dates at this time.

"Olivia fully knew what her parents did to get her into USC, but didn’t think there was anything wrong with it." an 'insider' told US Weekly. "She didn’t get into any other California schools."

Loughlin's life has been turned upside-down since the news of the conspiracy ring broke. The actress has been let go of many of her duties, including being dropped from her roles on the Hallmark Channel. Friends of Loughlin now say that the actress is simply waiting around for the next court date and continuing to plan out her defense. Those who are closest to Loughlin say that she is convinced that she will be found innocent.

Despite Olivia Jade had previously posted a video on her youtube channel stating she "hated school" in the past, she is now essentially begging USC to let her back in.
