Oliver Hudson Said There Is A Chance He And His Family ‘Won’t Ever Leave’ After Moving In With His Parents

Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell are known for having one of the most successful romances in all of Hollywood. Although the pair have never tied the knot to one another, they have shown that a ring and marriage certificate aren’t necessary in order to have a beautiful and brilliant relationship. Their blended family is full of light and talent, and it’s clear that the family has spent some amazing moments together making memories over the years.

During her marriage to Bill Hudson, Hawn had two children, a son named Oliver Hudson and a daughter named Kate Hudson, both of whom have grown up to become successful actors. Following the finalization of her divorce from Hudson, Hawn began dating Russell, and the rest is history. The couple has one biological son together named Wyatt Russell.

They also have a handful of shared homes in places all across North America, where they have enjoyed spending quality time together. Over the years, Russell and Hawn have both made it clear that their family comes above everything else, and they have set an excellent example for their own children to raise their families.

Recently, Oliver and his family have had to move in with Hawn and Russel as their own home goes through renovations, and it looks like it has been a blast for everyone. He opened up during an appearance on E!'s Daily Pop on January 25, 2022. Family has always come first for the Hawn and Russell clan, and Oliver says that there's a great chance that he won't be leaving!

Oliver has been acting since 1999, when he first appeared in his mom's film "The Out-of-Towners." He's most famous for his turn as Adam Rhodes in the comedy show "Rules of Engagement," as well as the series "Nashville" and "Scream Queens." On top of his acting work, Oliver teamed up with his sister Kate's fitness brand, Fabletics, to launch a men's activewear line named FL2.

After marrying actress Erinn Bartlett in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in 2006, the couple went on to have three children — Wilder, 13, Bodhi, 11, and Rio, 7. Rio, the only girl, has even been called a lookalike to her grandmother Hawn. Considering Oliver got his mom's good looks, it only makes sense that he passed them on to his own daughter.

Hawn and Kurt are famous for their blended family and how close they all are and it comes down to spending quality time together, which is one of their priorities in life. Kurt told Closer Weekly in 2018:

"We always trim the tree on Christmas Eve and we have a big meal. The grandkids put their pajamas on and hang up their stockings. We get the fire going and when it gets dark we always choose someone to read ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.'"

Oliver seems to be raising his kids in the same warm family environment that he was raised in, so on top of inheriting his mom's good looks and the acting bug, we think he'll be passing on even more to his children. It also looks like Oliver continues to be close to his mother and step-father today.

Fox News reported that Oliver revealed that he and his family have moved into Hawn's place while his own house is being remodeled on E!'s Daily Pop. During his appearance, he said, "We're remodeling the house, and instead of renting a place, I'm like, 'Yeah, let's just go back home." It seemed to be a great idea because Oliver stated that everyone has been having a good time

"Yeah, it's great. Breakfast is made. Mom makes biscuits and gravy and eggs. It's actually— there's a chance we won't leave. I'll tell you that," Oliver joked.

Previously, Oliver also opened up about his time at a different home of Hawn's and Russel's in Aspen. On Jan. 5, 2022, Oliver gave fans an intimate look into his famous parents’ home in Aspen, showing just how amazing Hawn and Russell’s shared estate really is, during an appearance on “Live! with Kelly and Ryan.”

“We’ve been coming up here for 37 years,” Oliver said. “I went to elementary school up here. I actually took my kids out of school five years ago in L.A. and took them up here to live in the mountains and have some independence and some freedom. It’s a really special place for sure.”

Oliver continued, “Mom built this house first and then my step-dad Kurt built the other house. So we lived here in 1985 for two years. It’s a bit of a time capsule. Those curtains that you see are like 30 years old, you know what I mean? Mom refuses to update, which kind of is great.”

Do you think Oliver will end up staying at his parent's home? Would you do the same if given a chance? Tell us your thoughts, and be sure to pass this on to others to see what they think as well.
