Nurse Who's Never Been A "Girly Girl" Is Reduced To Tears After Makeover

Christopher Hopkins AKA The Makeover Guy is known for making women over and showing them a new side of their physical appearance, which often conjures up strong emotional reactions. That's what happened to a Minnesota woman named Connie—a nurse who's active and takes her health seriously. She leans to the natural side of style and doesn't consider herself very girly. After her makeover with Christopher she was reduced to tears.

An avid fan of Christopher's work, the makeover artist described Connie as "a natural/casual person who wants to be ALL that she can be." Connie admitted to never really being "a girly girl," but Christopher was about to change that.
Connie explains that she's always "enjoyed her hairdressers", but after asking to do something different each time, she's found the results tend to remain the same. She says she's open to a different style and that's where The Makeover Guy comes in.

In the after footage, Connie looks like someone else, as she literally jumps from the screen in the gorgeous pink outfit she has on. Her hair is not drastically different but updated enough that she looks like a polished version of herself, while her makeup is pretty and emphasizes her gorgeous blue eyes.
All one needs to see is Connie's after footage to understand how she truly feels. In it, she's crying tears—naturally, of joy—as she explains: "I feel like I'm 45...I feel great." She strains to say this through tears of joy, as it's so clear how happy she is with her new look. When Christopher asks if they're happy tears, she confirms they are.
Connie is obviously ecstatic about her new feminized look, saying "it's been a fabulous experience, just fabulous," and that she "can't say enough."
The Makeover Guy has the magic touch in helping women discover a new side of themselves that was there all along but just needed to be encouraged out, which is why his transformations are so emotional to witness.
