It can often be a transition for the whole family when a new baby is introduced to a house with dogs. Although the dogs may be suspicious of the new little human at first, they usually eventually come around and accept the baby.

In the best cases, the dogs latch on to the baby and a special bond develops. This is exactly what happened when baby Chloe Cardinal joined the family with dogs Colby and Bleu in Phoenix, Arizona. In a funny video from 2018, all three make an appearance.

As Chloe became older, the dogs probably realized that she was a great source of food. Colby and Bleu clearly loved eating the scraps off of Chloe's high chair tray, as most dogs would!

Chloe's dad, Chris, told ABC News that Colby likes to sit right around Chloe's high chair and just wait for the food to drop. Chloe has even figured out how to reach into the dog food bin and scoop out food for her adoring dogs.

It is no surprise that the two dogs continue to follow Chloe around everywhere she goes in the house. What was a surprise for Chloe's parents was when they woke up one morning to find little Chloe already out of her crib.

Chloe's mom, Nina, was shocked that her baby was able to get herself out of her bed. Not knowing how this great escape happened, Nina checked out the video monitor that was in Chloe's bedroom, as ABC News reports.

To the amazement of her parents, Chloe had been nudged out of bed by Colby and Bleu.

This adorable breakout video will have you smiling from ear to ear. After you have watched the big escape, be sure to spread the dog and baby joy to everyone else that you know. And let us know: What antics have your pets been up to?
