Some challenges are so immense, it's hard to imagine how anyone could face them. For one mother, she has shown how much of a difference perseverance can make. She also reminds us of how miracles can happen when we hold onto hope.

When she was pregnant with twins, Susie Rabaca was also contending with leukemia. Not second-guessing bringing the pregnancy to term for even a moment, Rabaca gave birth to her beloved children Ryan and Rainey. This December birth was even more joyous, as it followed her discovery that there was a possible bone marrow transplant that was all but certain to remedy her illness.

The next month, Rabaca received her transplant. Since her bone marrow isn't a common kind, it wasn't easy to locate a match. It took extensive research and social media outreach to secure a match. The person who matched with her has not been revealed.

Rabaca's story reminds us of the importance of health and wellness and looking for help however we can. It almost reminds us of how we can take of others as well as ourselves. Rabaca has proven herself to not only be a terrific mother but also someone who is not willing to give up. We pray that the future looks bright for Rabaca and that she is able to continue to love and nurture her family.

A story like Rabaca's is one that absolutely warms our hearts. What do you think of her journey? Show this to any family members or friends who appreciate inspiring stories.
