When women get pregnant, they may typically have a preference for whether it's a boy or girl. If you already have two or three daughters, you're probably hoping the next one will be a boy.

For the past fifty years, every baby born into her family has been a girl. So when she got pregnant, that was the expectation.

For anyone who figured there was no hope of having a grandson or a nephew, this must have seemed like a miracle. There have been pregnancies where the parents have preferred to be surprised by the baby's gender, but it's unlikely they had a 100% expectation of the baby's gender.

This is certainly a once in a lifetime occurrence. To have a boy be born after so many years of only girls would certainly be a viral worthy occurrence.
