Many companies have catchy slogans and marketing jingles, but not all actually put them into practice in their day-to-day business dealings. When Logan Moore and his family went into their local Home Depot, however, they found slogans like “more saving, more doing” and “you can do it... we can help” truly applied to real life. Why? How?

Meet Logan Moore

Fox5 told the story. This handsome 2-year-old was born with hypotonia. The decreased muscle tone associated with hypotonia causes Logan to have decreased motor skills and gait issues. He wears leg braces to help, but his physical therapist suggested he get a gait trainer to further help improve his mobility issues.

Christian Moore and her husband, Justin, realized they had a problem. Insurance typically doesn’t cover gait trainers, and these kid-sized walkers can cost over $600 from a medical supplier. Logan’s parents sprung into action researching how to make a homemade gait trainer. Online videos revealed they could use PVC pipe as the main material.

The Moore family set out for their local Home Depot In Cedartown, Georgia. Once there, Christian stopped by the service desk to get help locating all the supplies for her construction plans. She ended up speaking to the manager of the Cedartown Home Depot, Cathy Ennsley. It just so happens that Ennsley also has a child with special needs.

Ennsley had the Moore family escorted to the plumbing aisle. The staff helped gather the supplies needed to fulfill Christian’s construction plans for the DIY walker. The family didn’t proceed to the nearest checkout, though. Instead, the Home Depot workers told the family to leave without the supplies.

Logan and his family were told to go get some ice cream and return in an hour.

They returned to find the most amazing thing.

The Cedartown Home Depot staff had constructed the walker for them. It even had Logan’s name on the front of it. As if that wasn’t enough, the home improvement store improving this family’s life with their act of kindness didn’t even charge the Moore family for the supplies they used to build the walker.

Watch the video of Logan receiving his walker below. It’s a priceless moment that’s taken the internet and media by storm.
