Mom Gives Up Nearly $1300 A Month Fast-Food Habit And Drops 42lbs In 14 Weeks

After getting married in September and having two children, Corrie D'Silva rapidly gained weight. She would be so occupied helping her family and working, she wouldn't take time to care for herself. she would find herself spending over $1200 on fast food and wine. Corrie decided to make a change and become determined and she incredibly lost 42 pounds in a mere 14 weeks. 

Before her transformation doctors told her she'd never be able to train at the gym again due to a back injury involving disks digging into her spine according to the Mirror. Corrie felt low and discouraged about herself, her physical health was taking an emotional toll on her as well.

D'Silva decided to make a change. She knew her back pain would only get worse if she kept her unhealthy habits. Despite what the doctors told her, Corrie got a personal trainer and began a new way of living. Her personal trainer guided her through this tough experience. They were incredibly receptive to her back pain and did everything they could to help her.

During the six-week training program, Corrie gave up alcohol and substituted her takeout meals with healthier home-cooked options. Additionally, she did weight training twice a week. D'Silva had an original goal of losing two stones. Within fourteen weeks Corrie ended up losing more than three stones.

After losing weight, Corrie is healthier than ever. The program changed her life for the better. She ended up regaining her self-confidence and now her back pain has diminished. She told the Mirror that she thanks her personal trainer for everything they did for her.
