Michael Jackson is known all over the world for his music and entertainment legacy, giving him the moniker the “King of Pop.” His long career full of hit songs, show-stopping performances and celebrity collaborations has made him a household name. Although his life had some controversies, there’s no denying that Jackson left a permanent mark on music history.
Jackson was born into a musical family and formed a band with some of his brothers called the Jackson 5. After finding great success, Jackson later embarked on a solo career, releasing chart-topping hits and winning plenty of awards. The 1980s were iconic for the star as he released two notable albums, “Thriller” and “Bad,” and also debuted his signature moonwalk dance.
While Jackson’s personal life sparked public interest, he was mostly a pretty private person. During his life, Jackson was the father to three children: Michael Joseph “Prince” Jackson Jr., Paris Jackson and Prince Michael “Blanket” Jackson II, who now goes by the name Bigi. The children were mostly kept out of the spotlight aside from a few rare occasions. Now, the three of them have come together to show their faces and support for their father once again.
All three of Jackson’s children attended the opening night of his Broadway show, “MJ: The Musical,” on Feb. 1, 2022 in New York. Although Bigi didn’t walk the carpet with his siblings, he was still there to show his support. Paris, Prince and Bigi attending the musical’s opening night showed just how much their father meant to them and how important it is to continue carrying on his legacy.
