Meghan Markle Shares A Tender New Snapshot Of Baby Archie On Her First Mother's Day And Pays Tribute To All Mothers

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just had their newborn baby Archie a week ago and are thoroughly enjoying the first few moments of being parents. The family is keeping to themselves during this magical time but Meghan did share out a recent photo for Mother’s Day.

The adorable photo is absolutely heartwarming. It was posted on the official Duke and Duchess of Sussex Instagram and shows baby Archie’s tiny feet being cradled by his mom Meghan Markle.

But there are many more meaningful layers of the image and text that the Daily Mail’s Royal Correspondent, Rebecca English saw.

Yes, those lovely purple flowers are Diana’s favorite, which fans take to be a signal that Meghan and Harry don’t want to forget Diana on this special day—Especially with the line in the caption that reads:

“Paying tribute to all mothers today...lost but forever remembered.”

While the new royal parents must have been missing Archie’s grandmother Diana on Mother’s Day, it’s clear that they know she’s watching over them all.
