Meghan Markle Receives So Much Love From The Royal Family On Her Birthday

The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, turned 38 yesterday, and the love for the birthday girl was evident from royal family members.

Her doting husband Prince Harry posted a personal message on the Sussex Royal Instagram that read “‘Happy Birthday to my amazing wife. Thank you for joining me on this adventure!’ - Love, H” along with the more official message, “Wishing HRH The Duchess of Sussex a very Happy Birthday 🎂

Prince William and wife Kate Middleton also took to social media to wish Meghan a happy birthday by posting a photo on the @kensingtonroyal Instagram page. The caption read: 

“Wishing a very happy birthday to The Duchess of Sussex today! 🎈”

The official Instagram of the Prince of Wales and Camila included a delightful slideshow of images with the greeting:

“A very Happy Birthday to HRH The Duchess of Sussex 🎉”

Even the official Royal Family Instagram had a special greeting for the Duchess:

“Happy Birthday to The Duchess of Sussex. 🎂 The Duchess was born on this day in 1981.”

The greeting came along with a lovely picture of Harry and Meghan holding hands and smiling. However, the royal greetings didn’t end there, however, and the Duke of York, also known as Prince Andrew or Meghan’s new uncle also posted on Instagram.

According to the Sun, the Duchess celebrated her birthday in the Balmoral Castle in Scotland with Queen Elizabeth II. The family reportedly will have celebrated Markle’s special day with a traditional tea party and cake. A royal insider told the publication that Meghan will be receiving gifts from both her husband as well as her son Archie.

“This year there will be a birthday gift from Archie and the odds are on a sepia or black and white photograph of her precious son in a solid silver frame from Aspreys,” the source told the Sun. The precious present is likely to have an engraving chosen by Harry that will make it extra special..."

“...Harry has a weakness for designing jewelry for Meghan, so it is expected that the royal will design another stunning piece - likely to be earrings - as a Sussex surprise.”
