Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Appear In 1st Professional Photo Shoot Since Royal Exit

Oct 19, 2020 by apost team

After months of keeping a fairly low profile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have blessed fans with their first photoshoot since stepping down as senior royals in January.

The couple posed for the black and white photo for Time magazine, which they released this Friday.

The photo shows Meghan sitting on a chair in a relaxed manner, with Prince Harry standing behind her, smiling.

He is pictured leaning on the chair’s arm as Meghan, who was sporting one of her signature power suits, draped her arms on him.

The photo was taken by renowned photographer Matt Sayles for Meghan and Harry’s upcoming TIME 100 talk, which will take place on October 20. The subject surrounding their talk will be how experts and professionals can work towards making the internet a better, safer place.

They will be joined by other big names such as Maria Ressa, CEO of Rappler, and Alexis Ohanian, co-founder of Reddit.

The powerhouse couple has generally shied from the public eye in recent months, although they have been making appearances on conference calls to show support for causes they care about.

Last week, Meghan and Harry spoke to Malala Yousafzai on October 11, which marked the International Day of the Girl. Their conversation focused on how bettering girls’ access to education can lead to a more equal world.
