Meghan Markle Posts Cute New Photo Of Baby Archie For Mother's Day

The latest adorable photo of the newest addition to the British royal family will absolutely warm your heart. The picture posted on the official Duke and Duchess of Sussex Instagram shows baby Archie’s tiny feet being cradled by his mom Meghan Markle.

The royal baby is already an online sensation after being born just six days ago, which was perfect timing for American Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 12. The post was a tribute to mothers around the world and includes an excerpt from the poem "lands" by Nayyirah Waheed. The post reads,

"Paying tribute to all mothers today - past, present, mothers-to-be, and those lost but forever remembered.

We honor and celebrate each and every one of you.

Today is Mother’s Day in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, Japan, and several countries across Europe."

Meghan’s first US Mother’s Day was celebrated in good company with her mother Doria Ragland by her side. Although British Mother’s Day is March 31, Meghan is American and wants to pay tribute to her roots.

We can’t wait to see more photos of the baby as he grows up. Of course, there will probably be more on the way on the official royal Instagrams (@SussexRoyal and @KensingtonRoyal) and in the press.
