The bond between two people can be unbreakable. If there is a special connection between the two, they can seem inseparable. Sadly, people don't live forever and separation occurs when the bond breaks. This unique relationship can come in many different forms. It can be between lovers, friends, family, and more.

Matt Lomaka had that type of relationship with his grandfather, "G". They were always together and practically inseparable. They had many interests in common and could talk for hours. Their bond was incredibly deep. Everyone who knew them understood the beauty of their relationship.

Sadly, G passed away. Matt wanted to prepare a special gift for his grandfather before he went away forever. So he worked hard to practice a music piece. He played on his saxophone until he perfected the music number.

The 23-year-old opted out of playing a typical modern song. Instead, he chose a song that was dear to his family's heart. He played a song called "Here I am, Lord". It's about the relationship between God and a believer about his faith.

The believer is told to follow God into the unknown and trust they will be safe. The choice for this song was perfect for the funeral. Everyone was moved by his saxophone skills and the piece itself.

Not a dry eye could be found in the crowd. But what really pulled at people'ss heartstrings was the emotion Matt put into the performance.
