Man Sings 'Victory of Jesus' in Waiting Room Where Grandmother Was Hospitalized

Bo Steel and his grandmother have a very close relationship. According to the Country Note, Bo’s gramma ended up in the hospital and was very seriously ill back in 2014.

Bo was very concerned and becoming stressed out as his beloved gramma lay in that hospital bed.

One of the attending nurses noticed that Bo was sitting there, feeling numb with worry about his grandmother.

Bo stayed close to Gramma even when this illness and hospital admittance separated them and disturbed their peaceful lives. The nurses working with Bo’s grandmother noticed that Bo appeared to be very worried about his grandmother. so one of the suggested he sing to calm his fears.

“My grandmother was in the hospital and as I sat there, I felt so numb. One of the nurses asked me to ‘sing something’ and ‘Victory In Jesus’ came to my heart; it’s what came out,” he told The Country Note.

The staff and patients were touched and emotional after listening to the classic gospel song sung with his fantastic voice. But the people in that area weren’t the only ones who heard Bo’s voice and were impressed with the sound.

The music recording industry also heard Bo sing when the video of his singing skills spread like wildfire over the Internet. The smart folks at Fire River Records knew a great thing when they heard it.

So Bo and his friends in a local band signed the recording deal that was offered to them by Fire River Records and the rest music recording history.

The band recorded many songs, both fun and serious. But the song Bo Steele sang in the hospital to his Gramma, “Victory in Jesus” has become the biggest hit that is most loved by the band’s fans. Bo said that the song had significant meaning to him, and the song has meaning to his fans, too.
