Man Hits 170-Yard Hole-In-One And Wins A New Porsche

What would you do to win a brand-new Porsche? While most of our would be willing to do some unpleasant things such as going without food for days or staying up all night, there are some feats that simply seem humanly impossible. Making a hole-in-one golfing in front of a large crowd of onlookers is one of those things that seems like it’s beyond the realm of human ability. However, that’s exactly what Marcel Siem did to earn himself a brand new Porsche Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo.

The car was offered by Porsche itself when the company promised to award the vehicle to the first golfer who could make the hole-in-one on the 17th hole. The offer was only good for the Porsche European Open in Hamburg, Germany.

Marcel Siem stepped up to swing with an air of determination and, with one stroke, sent the ball into the hole from 170 yards away. Some people are considering it similar to a “nothing but net” move in basketball, with the ball never touching anything but the hole itself.

When Marcel swung, the ball went high into the air, flying like a bird until it went directly down and hit the hole. It was truly a breath-taking event, with onlookers floored by the impressive move. There was no room to wonder if the ball was going to make it on into the hole because it hit it the minute it reached the ground.

This wasn’t Siem’s first time winning a car thanks to his golfing skills! Back in 2014, Siem was the proud winner of a Volvo V40 T5. His previous win came in South Africa during the Nedbank Golf Challenge when Siem took two strokes on a par-4.

Obviously, golfing is more than just a sport for Marcel Siem – and his impressive talent is paying off big time. Thanks to his amazing golfing abilities, this athlete now has not one but two new vehicles to enjoy.

We’re sure that his wife is one woman who never complains about her husband spending too much time on the course; in fact, she probably urges him to head off to practice!
