Royce is a special dog who has seen a lot of tragedy in his short life. This poor animal was discovered in Miami as a stray. When Royce was found, he had several bruises and cuts all over his body. He was taken to a shelter and treated for his injuries. Royce was eventually adopted, but his new owners returned the dog within a few days of the original adoption date. Despite being adopted again, Royce found himself back at the shelter once again.

He has the tricky combination of endless amounts of energy and a cute face. Many owners are surprised by Royce's wits and impulsivity. This dog requires a lot of attention and care. After the second return, Royce's struggle was shared on Facebook by one of the shelter's employees.

The employee hoped that the post would encourage a loving person to adopt Royce as soon as possible. David Sebba was the person who answered this plea. Upon seeing the post, David understood what had to be done. He knew how difficult it would be to find a dog as special as Royce.

David decided to adopt the dog right away. When dogs have trouble finding a new home, they are often put down in shelters. David understood what was at stake in this scenario, but there was a major problem.

The shelter was located in Miami, and David was residing in Orlando. Instead of using this distance as an excuse, David started driving to the shelter to save his new family member.

These events help to cement the close relationship between man and dog. David learned about a struggling dog and made a strong effort to save his life. Furthermore, he adopted another being into his family without much thought.

He wasn't concerned about the long trip or the cost of taking care of a dog. He wanted to help a cute dog to which he felt a connection. After driving continuously for 200 miles, David finally made it to the shelter to save his new friend.

Royce was ecstatic to have a new owner that wouldn't return him to the shelter after a few days. He had spent a lot of time stuck inside of his cage and the shelter. Royce was so happy to have time to run and explore outside. David eventually brought Royce to his mother's home.

As the owner of two cats, he thought that the mixture could cause problems. Royce is happy at his new home and doesn't have to worry about being returned to the shelter anymore.
