Man Built Rotating Home So Wife Can Change View From Window Whenever She Wants

There are many things we do for the people we love. Some show their love with terms of endearment, and others with gifts. One man, 72-year-old Vojin Kusic, gave a monument of love to his wife by building a house that rotates. After already renovating the house once so his wife could see the sunrise from her bedroom, Kusic decided on a rotating house the second time his wife complained she could not see people entering the front yard. 

Kusic and his family live in Srbac, Bosnia. Their house is incredible, and what makes it more impressive is that Kusic designed and built it himself. He used electric motors and the wheels of an old military transport vehicle to make the house rotate. It is two stories high and can rotate completely in 24 hours at its slowest speed and 22 seconds at its fastest. 

The house was originally built after Kusic and his wife were married. The first remodel happened on the second floor to change the view in their bedroom, but later, when their son and his wife moved in, the parents moved exclusively to the ground level. Kusic then decided to start making the rotating house since his wife said she wanted to be able to see the front yard from the living room, and he was tired of tearing down the walls. 

It took a lot of hard work to remodel the house originally and even more to make it rotate, but Kusic was happy to do it because it meant a lot to his wife. The ingenious creation is a testament to how much Kusic loves his wife. Keep reading to learn more. 

Kusic's wife always wished she could change the view from her windows; then her husband made her desire a reality. Kusic told AP: "After I reached an advanced age and after my children took over the family business, I finally had enough time to task myself with granting my wife her wish." Now, no matter how she is feeling, Kusic's wife will get to change her view whenever she wants. 

The first remodel was also done entirely by Kusic. "I had to tear down the wall between our two bedrooms to turn them into a living room and move all (electrical) installations. It was a very demanding task, it took a lot from me, but I did what she wanted," he said. Kusic is such a kind husband to do all of this to make his wife happy.

Then after his son moved in upstairs, Kusic decided to make a rotating house instead. "Once again, this time on the ground floor, I had to start tearing down some walls, at which point, to not wait for her to change her mind again, I decided to build a new, rotating house so that she can spin it as she pleases," Kusic explained. The man did not get the chance to go to college, but it did not stop him from creating this incredible home. 

Kusic's wife is now very happy, and he is too since his work is done. He joked, "Now, our front door also rotates, so if she spots unwanted guests heading our way, she can spin the house and make them turn away."
