"People always ask how I'm able to stay positive in the given situation and it really comes down to just a few things."

Wil, a Filipino-American television personality, model, and YouTube vlogger, has an infectious smile and carefree attitude towards life. People watch him because he sees the positive in everything, and is highly creative and thoughtful towards the type of content he creates. He is a breath of fresh air in an online community tainted by quick, cheap entertainment and stale personalities influencing today's youth.

When he was diagnosed with cancer, his entire life turned upside down. While a lot of people view cancer as the end of the road, Wil jumped straight into treatments and kept his head held high.

While Wil was undergoing countless treatments, chemotherapy, and surgeries, he remained positive in his videos as an inspiration to others. He shares his secret to getting through this difficult point in his life, which boils down to:

He also didn't let his condition get in the way of doing what he loves. He continued to create content, go hiking, visit his local spots, and do the things that made him feel like he was moving forward.

But six months later, Wil received a pathology analysis that would determine if cancer cells remained present or if his body was completely rid of the disease. His entire journey had boiled down to this moment, and his life is completely changed when he finally receives the phone call about his results:

What an inspiration! Wil is definitely an example of how to make the best out of a bad situation.
