Man Adopts Dog With Large Tumor So He Can Feel Endless Love During His Last Days

Animals give us unconditional love. This is especially true when it comes to dogs. A dog will love and adore you for their whole life after you bring them home. They are a special animal that we all cannot help but adore.

A wonderful dog named Thanos is spending his final days with a loving family after being diagnosed with cancer. Cancer spread to his head quickly, causing a very massive tumor to grow. Taking care of Thanos was beginning to prove pretty difficult, as evidenced by the four different families that had given him up already.

However, Luciano Karosas decided that he could take care of Thanos himself. The 21-year-old from Berazategui, Argentina took Thanos home to give him the unconditional love that he needed during his last days. Karosas told Portal Amigo Cao that he ended up with a piece of “heart” in his hand after adopting the dying dog.

Karosas first took Thanos to his local vet, hoping that an operation could help his new pet. Unfortunately, the vet told Karosas that there was no way to extend his life. Because of this, Karosas decided that he would do everything that he could to make the most out of the time they had together.

You would never realize that Thanos has a huge tumor on his head. He loves to play and snuggle just like other dogs. He is a happy, friendly dog that loves to eat and sleep. Thanos is not aware that he doesn’t have much time to live, so he makes the most of every day he has. We should all take a page from his book concerning life.

It can be hard coping with the fact that your beloved dog or cat doesn’t have a lot of time left on this planet. Some animals may be dealing with a terminal illness while some simply age. Whatever the case, you want to always make sure to minimize any distress or discomfort your pet may be in. We are so happy that Karosas and others take in animals that are close to death. Every animal deserves to be loved until the very end.
